How to Build Rapport with Sellers Quickly

The movers come tomorrow so Julie and I are homeless for about five weeks while we wait to close on our new home and office space in Nanaimo. We’re pretty excited for the new space.

Today, I just wanted to share a video with you that I filmed a few weeks ago at a session we attended on learning body language with Eliot Hoppe. Julie said the course should really be called ‘How to Make Money at the Poker Table and Tell if Your Spouse is Cheating on You” because the techniques were pretty powerful.

For me, I loved the simple things that we can do to build trust and rapport with people we’ve just met – like sellers.

I asked Eliot to spend a few minutes with me after the session and share some secrets you can use.

It will give me something else to think about while I go through our storage – some things are still boxed up from when we moved to Vancouver from Toronto 5 years ago! I don’t think we need to keep that stuff anymore …
