Everyone thinks kitchens and bathrooms are where you should spend the money when flipping property, but from years of renovation experience, making $50,000 – $150,000 profits on the 2 or 3 flips he does each year, and working on dozens of renovation tv shows like “Take This Home & Sell It”, Ian Szabo says he doesn’t focus on kitchens and bathrooms.
