My friend Shae Bynes of GoodFaithInvesting.com just got an accepted offer on a home near Fort Lauderdale (I think!) for $50,000 and she will get $1,600 per month rent from that house! Every month she will pocket $600 positive cash flow from that property.

I can’t tell you the number of times Dave has come home from shopping with something he didn’t really need, or something that didn’t quite fit but he bought it anyway just because it was on sale!!He’ll buy a pair of pants that are a little too short or a little too tight just because they are 50% off. Or he will buy a jacket with a collar that has one side sticking up and one side laying flat just because it’s a clearance item.

Austin is the capital city of Texas so not surprisingly, the government is a major employer in Austin. It’s also the home of Dell, the flagship Whole Foods store and a host of other good sized companies. The University also hosts 40,000 students which creates an additional boost to the population and to the services required to service these students!
