Tiny Tip for Massive Results When Raising Money for Your Deals

Happy Monday!!

It’s a big week around our office because we’re now full steam ahead working on our latest acquisition: an old character home renovation project.

We took possession on Wednesday and we’ve already ripped off four layers of roofing, pulled out the toilets, tubs and started repairing the floors. During that process we’ve found a lot of people who are really screwed up thanks to the real estate investing courses they’ve taken.

Working with Property Managers and a Taste of Irony

Happy Friday!! I’m sitting in a Starbucks in Burnaby – near my home which we’re putting on the market next week. The painter is there right now getting it looking fresh and clean again. Next week we’re going to be staging the home. We’ll share some pics and stories from that as it’s the first time we’ve actually hired a stager.
