I purchased the dwelling plus basically ignored it. I stayed over at my boyfriends most of the time. Then my associate and I decided to get married plus I made the decision to transport into his condo plus sell mine. I then found out that I had extreme termite detriment in the home. The condo client out of Portland was legitimately fantastic about stealing my chances plus explaining why he felt the price was fair. I hope I never get in that type of situation again however if I do, I am using him again.
