No longer desire to be a homeowner

I filled out an online contact form

Although I grew up in the northeastern part of the country, I attended college in Jacksonville, Florida. I instantly fell in cherish with the area. I enjoyed the mild winters, gorgeous Springtime plus fall plus even the hot, humid summers. When I graduated college, I reMained in Jacksonville. I found a super current home complex that advertised a gym, swimming pool, warm tub, tennis courts, game room plus picnic area. If there was an issue with my washer, dryer, refrigerator or any appliance, I simply called maintenance. They instantly sent someone to handle the repairs. I didn’t need to worry about any upkeep. When the dishwasher quit, a current one was installed the following afternoon. I didn’t own a sod mower, garden hose, ladder, rake or wheelbarrow. After a couple of years, I made the mistake of buying a home. It seemed like the responsible decision. I regretted that purchase by the end of the first year. I hated all of the endless maintenance, constant repairs plus stress. It cost me a fortune to buy all of the necessary equipment. I had no clue how to take care of a water heater, change filters or wash gutters. It seemed as if something was regularly going wrong. It was such a hassle to schedule repairs, plus the expense added up particularly quickly. I eventually decided to sell the house. I looked into different aplaces. I discovered that with a conventional real estate listing, I’d need to deal with showings, open houses, house inspections plus appraisals. I’d be expected to spend my money realtor fees plus closing costs. There was the particularly real option that the house wouldn’t sell instantly. Instead, I sold it to a money house buyer. The process was quick plus easy. I filled out an online contact form. The money house patron gave an offer in under twenty-four hours. I accepted plus signed the papers ten mornings later.
